Our Remodeling Process:

1. Initial in home consultation, we will discuss tile selection, fixtures, cabinets and discuss the budget.
2. Design, if any design work is needed we can turn your vision into a 3-D rendering with full colors along with a 2-D plan view with precise dimensions. A design fee runs about 3-5% of the project cost.
3. Proposal and Design Presentation, We will come back to your house and present the drawings and very detailed scope of work with costs from design to completion.
4. Acceptance of Proposal, Once the design is finalized, all materials are chosen and finalized. Cabinets can take up to 6 weeks.
5. Contract is signed all materials are ordered, permits are pulled, work begins.
6. Work is completed to the high standard of the owner of O'Brien Construction Inc.
7. Warranty of 3 years begins, 10 years on all Kerdi shower systems.
