Littleton Master Bathroom Remodeling Project
Richard & Debbie wanted an update to their Littleton Colorado Master Bathroom. They chose Moen Brandfordt Fixtures in Oil Rubbed Bronze finish. We matched the toilet tank handle, shower trim, shower drain grate and all accessories in ORB. Kohler sinks were chosen and compliment the new Santa Cecelia Granite slab we used for the counter top, shower curb, niche and 2 knee walls in close proximity to the shower. Fantastic tile layout and execution on the part of tile sub contractor and our vendor who supplied the tile. Our team works closely with our vendors to ensure the best quality materials are used on every project.
Challenge: One of the biggest challenges on all remodeling projects is dust. We guaranteed a dust-free remodeling experience and we delivered. "I looked and I couldn't find any dust even though you were working within feet of our bed!" Our clients had their basement finished and along with it a mountain of dust. We tried to convince them this is not a normal remodeling experience when dealing with our company. She was a believer after her white glove treatment. We go to great lengths to ensure your project will be dust free from our on site air filtration units to protecting the floors with tarps and HEPA vacuum after demolition is completed. 13x13 Porcelain tiles that mimic slate were used with a natural stone mosaic accent band in the shower and bathtub backsplash. Kerdi shower system ensures no leaking and no mold for the life of the shower. The shower glass is 3/8 Euro-Style Frameless Glass with ORB hinges and tracks. The door can be an in or outswing allowing the shower to dry out with having the door open into the bathroom. Our glass sub contractor really pulled through as this was a tough shower glass to get right and they succeeded. When considering a contractor to remodel your bathroom, take comfort in knowing we supply all materials and labor with a fixed line clear and detail proposal and a guaranteed timeline.
Master Bathroom & Basement Bath Finish in Arvada, CO
These two projects were completed back to back in Arvada, CO. Master bathroom shower was relocated and bathtub removed. Swanstone (gray material shower) was used in shower for zero maintenance. Recessed shower niches keep everything within reach. Porcelain floor tiles were used over a anti fracture membrane (gray tiles with red wall). Basement was finished to include a home office and 3/4 bathroom. (Cherry cabinets). Vikrell Shower is a complete kit that is water proof. (White shower)
Master Bathroom Remodeling Project in Arvada, CO
This project was a great project to work on as our clients had an outdated bathroom and wanted to enlarge the shower but other contractors they met with were reluctant to open the walls and give our clients what they wanted. We worked closely with the Arvada Building Department and our sub-contractors to give our clients a finished product they can enjoy ad not have to close the door to when company comes over! The bathroom originally had a small 4ft wide shower which we opened a wall and found that we could add almost 16 inches to the width and 5 inches to the depth of the shower. Our clients chose a great til design with help from our 3-d rendering program allowed them to see their color choices before remodeling began. We used Florida Tiles for the walls, shower pan and flooring. Our clients chose to add a heated floor mat under the tiles. Ronbow wall hung vanity in espresso finish was requested along with the ceramic sink/top in addition to a single handle faucet in brush nickel to match the shower valve, toilet tank handle and the shower enclosure. The shower enclosure, when installed, will be Frame-less Euro-style glass enclosure with minimal metal and clear glass to see the tile work out tile subcontractor completed for us. Our clients are very pleased with the results as we took their vision and made it a reality for them. They can now shower without worrying about shower pan leaking, tiles falling off walls in the shower. A strong bathroom vent fan was added to control moisture within the room.

City Park Remodeling Project
Rich & Lisa wanted to completely revamp their City Park Bungalow Bathroom. The bathroom is situated right between both bedrooms over a finished basement ceiling. We designed a new stand up shower with subway tiles and glass tiles along with vintage beadboard wainscoting and a Ronbow vanity, sinktop and matching over-john cabinet in cherry. One of the challenges on the older homes is all the previous work done over the last 50 years or so. We took out all the plumbing, electrical and gutted the entire room and built it back up straightening and flattening every stud and joist. The results from our teams hard work and dedication is a bathroom our clients love and finally can use every day. From modern styling such as Frameless Euro-Style Glass enclosure to old world styling like subway tiles, bead-board wainscoting this bathroom was a fun project for us and our clients.
“I just wanted to thank everyone who worked on our bathroom, what a transformation! Kevin speaks very highly of his team and we weren’t disappointed once, every step was covered before it needed to be. Kevin was on site daily and made sure every design detail was accounted for” Lisa H.
Crestmoor Bathroom Remodeling Project
Master Bathroom Remodel in Denver, CO
This project was a major bathroom remodel for our clients, not only were we working within feet of their bedroom, we added a new jetted tub, removed walls and moved the vanity across the room. The original floor plan was cramped with closets and vanity in 1 room and the shower and toilet in another room separated by the wall we removed. A complete CAD floor plan and 3-d rendering provided our clients with a view of what their bathroom will look like before construction begins, saving valuable time in the field once the project began. Florida Tile Flow Porcelain tiles were used along with glass mosaic accent bands on shower walls and tub deck walls. Sliced pebble tiles were used on shower pan for a contrast to gray field tiles. These pebbles are flat and uniform unlike natural pebble tiles that un even and require more grout. Blue Pearl Granite remnant was used for counter top and the same granite tiles used for shower curb and shower niche to blend the different materials and give continuity. This project was challenging but was made easy with the help of our clients who were wonderful to work with and made fantastic design choices!
Master Bathroom Remodel with Soaking Bathtub in Golden, CO - Before & After Photos
When our clients contacted us they couldn't use their shower or bathtub for over 3 months! They wanted one company to handle the design, material selections and manage the project. We were a perfect fit for our clients. It was time to remodel their master bathroom in order for it to function properly. After removing all carpet on floors, leaking shower pan and bathtub we rebuilt the shower longer and a new bathtub deck for soaking tub. Porcelain tiles that mimic travertine were used on walls and floor. 18x18 on floor and 12x12 on walls with 2x2 on shower pan. Mirabelle Soaking Bathtub with Kohler tub and shower fixtures in BN were installed. A full Kerdi shower system was installed to guarantee a waterproof, leakproof shower for the life of the bathroom. A Frame-less Euro-Style Glass Enclosure with BN hardware that matches fixtures finish. New cabinets in Espresso Glazing were installed along with Portifino Granite Slab for counter tops. Kohler under mount sinks and faucets were chosen as well. The before pic shows the red walls which were primed with gray paint then painted with BM #63 Pennies From Heaven. The paint really compliments the dark cabinets and the tan and beige colors of the Portifino slab and porcelain tiles.

Body Jets Shower Remodel, Littleton, CO
This project is the 2nd job we did for our clients, the 1st was a hall bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub completed last year. This time around they wanted a spa like showering experience in their master bathroom which my team was able to accomplish. My plumbing vendor really came through for my clients on this job as the plumbing fixtures had to be matched and rated for this type of assembly. Pressure balancing loop for the body jets helps maintain constant and even water pressure when the body jets are on. Our team of sub contractors worked closely together to make sure tile layouts and plumbing layouts were working with each other. Our clients chose Kohlers 3/4 inch shower valves (normal shower valves use 1/2 inch lines) with Watertile Body Jets (3) in chrome finish. The result is a soothing shower with 3 body jets and shower head that can operate all at once or individually allowing our clients to relax and enjoy the shower as they also splurged on a tankless water heater allowing them to never run out of hot water which is critical when all 4 fixtures are on at the same time and with 6 kids coming home for the holidays! Completing this remodel is Ronbow's Minvera Vanity with glass sink/top and matching medicine and overjohn cabinets.

Hall Bathroom Remodel in Littleton, CO
Jerry & Helga contacted us regarding the outdate hall bathroom. They are the original owners and had the house built in the 1970’s. Our clients kept the layout the same but added a tiled wainscoting on walls, Cambria Quartz countertop and matching custom vanity with wall cabinets for extra storage space. Brush nickel finish really compliments the dark cabinetry.
“I was quite hesitant to hire anyone as I had an un-pleasant experience with a landscape contractor. On our first meeting with Kevin, he made us feel like we were partners in the whole process which made it an easy choice to hire Kevin. Kevin handled all the deliveries and scheduling of sub-contractors, we have already hired Kevin to remodel our Master Bathroom next month.” Helga M.
Marble Bathroom Remodel in Denver, CO
Eric contacted our company to look at his Denver Bathroom Remodel. He was in the process of hiring another contractor but wasn't comfortable with that company's ability to handle a project of this caliber and after seeing our reviews contacted us. We re-designed the bathroom to include a new 6'x3' stand alone shower and Authentic Clawfoot bathtub. We added extra framing and 2 new layers of sub-floor after replacing the original plumbing and electrical. All new drywall, trim and paint were installed.New vanity with his/her sinks and faucets. Carrera Marble Slab was used for vanity top, shower curb, window sill, shower bench and niche. Honed Carrera Marble Tiles were chosen by client. Honed tiles allow a little more wear and tear than polished Marble. Frame-less Euro-Style Glass Enclosure compliments the beautiful tile work.

Travertine Bathroom Remodeling Project in Park Hill, CO
Our clients called us regarding their outdated bathroom in a Denver Bungalow with leaky tub and worn out tile and we transformed their space into a beautiful new Travertine stone tiled modern bathroom using their ideas and input. Our clients chose Torreon 3x6 Travertine tiles on shower walls, Philadelphia 24x24 Travertine stone tiles over a heated floor system and Philadelphia 2x2 Travertine Mosaic tiles on new custom shower pan along with a shower bench and recessed shower niche. A suspended wall mounted vanity and tower cabinet in espresso color finish along with finding the perfect granite remnant for the countertop gave the clients exactly what they requested. Our clients couldn't be happier with the workmanship that was performed by our team of sub contractors who were up the challenge on this bathroom as it was in very rough shape with outdated plumbing and electrical systems. The transformation is even more impressive with the before shots next the finished ones!

Even though the space is small we were able to give the owner exactly what he wanted. Remnant Granite slab was a perfect solution to costly full slabs. Kevin has great relationships with all his vendors and Stone Solutions is no exception, including templating for new counter tops before the old ones were removed to minimize intrusion in daily life for the owner. The porcelain floor tiles from Capco are another excellent way to utilize local markets for the best quality and value. New range stove installed in stainless steel.

Basement Finishing Project in Denver, CO
Our clients on this project came to us by way of a referral from their neighbor, whom we completed not only their bathroom remodel but a complete basement finish and Master Bathroom remodeling projects for their father and mother. This project required a lot of planning and coordinating with our vendors, sub-contractors and the Denver Building Department. The basement was un-finished for the most part except for one room which we added an egress window and a built in closet to transform the office into a legal bedroom. We added a total of 2 egress windows on this project to give our clients 2 legal bedrooms in the basement. We added a full bathroom with bathtub, vanity, and toilet. All new plumbing, heating and electrical were added in this basement finishing project. Our clients chose to add a heated floor mat under the tiles to take the chill off the original concrete floor. The bathroom is directly under the upstairs bathroom so we had an additional challenge of keeping the upstairs bathroom functional while working below it. Our client chose to finish off the basement with stained bedroom door with glass panels to let light from egress window flood the hallway in the basement. We also matched the stair trim, handrail and ironing board cover to match the cherry stain on the door. We received rave reviews for the colors, design and attention to detail that we put into every project that we complete for our clients.

Highlands Ranch Basement Finishing
Our clients had been contemplating their basement finishing project for about a year before they contacted us. Like most Highlands Ranch families, Ben & Tamara needed more space for their 3 kids and her parents. We met with Ben and Tamara on a couple occasions to develop a remodeling budget and discuss material upgrades and design changes. We were hired and began designing and material selections with our vendors. Once the design phase was finalized our team was assembled and ready to turn their un-finished basement space into a new legal bedroom, living room, laundry room and bathroom, complete with custom shower stall and a frameless shower door in Oil Rubbed Bronze finish which carried over to sink faucet and shower valve trim. Custom made handrail and trim match the rest of the house. Our team took just under 6 weeks to complete the basement with all inspections passed, our clients couldn’t be happier an in awe of how easy the whole remodeling experience was for them. They heard the dust and noise scenarios before and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and considerate our team is.
“Everyone we met was great to work with, professional and they all do such incredible work! Kevin is really good at what he does and the whole process couldn’t have been easier from material selections to design changes, Kevin saw to it that everything we wanted was covered, even when I changed my mind sometimes overnight! We highly recommend Kevin and his team to finish your basement with impeccable workmanship and incredible timelines!” Tamara H.
