The owner had hired a contractor who was unfamiliar with older home construction and was promptly replaced with O'Brien Construction.
AFTER
Owner chose a whirpool bathtub with Dal-tile subway tiles, hardwood floor with Toto toilet. A new vanity with granite top and vessel sink, wall mounted faucet completed this remodel.
