Washington Park Basement Bathroom
This owner had a current bathroom that leaked and was outdated. We gutted the entire area and started over.
A new vent fan to prevent moisture damage was installed as well as all new electrical and plumbing including under the slab.
The owner decided to add some details including subway tiles and authentic breadboard wainscoting.
A neo angle shower and petite pedestal sink complete the look.
