Jobsite Protection:
Your on-site protection begins with flooring protection from the project work area to the exterior of your house. Dust control is a major concern for our clients, so we take extra measures to ensure your home is as dust-free as possible while your project is on going. Our on-site air filtration unit exchanges the air 10 times an hour within the work space. Plastic temporary walls are always utilized for maximum protection. Heat vents and ducts are covered from the on-set of your project.
Project Management:
At O’Brien Construction Inc, the person you meet at the initial estimate is the same person who will be working closely with you on material selections, design constraints, budgeting and managing your project. Kevin is not only a licensed General Contractor but your personal Project Manager. Your project will be completed on time every time to Kevin’s high standards.
Warranty:
Your 2 year warranty is twice the national average warranty for remodeling. We can achieve this by insisting on using only the highest quality materials and using our trusted sub-contractors for the installations.
